I really resented how this place passed themselves off as re-inventing cutting edge medicine, and above the traditional medical fray....The surgeon made joke after joke about how awful the hospital experience was/is for him. And yet, in the end they dropped the ball, and I would've been better served going with a larger institution.

I also love how the on-call doc was unavailable all day long, and in the end, she had to drop everything and run down to the office anyway.....wouldn't it have been easier for her to just stop by at her convenience earlier that day?

I live in a city with a very reliable courier system, so I don't believe for a minute that a prescription could not have been couriered from the doctor's private residence to the medical office for my husband to pick up....but they were not solution oriented at all. They only told me what they couldn't do and why. Terrible customer service.

how frustrating for all that talk of not being like the other medical systems and this to happen. i'm glad your husband was there for you and totally kicked butt when it came to dealing w them. i don't know what it is, but they think they can just talk to us women like were stupid. sad part is, it's other women. then it takes the forcefulness of a man for them to do what they know is their job. i frickin' hate most medical peeps. LOL
