And yet, in the end they dropped the ball, and I would've been better served going with a larger institution. I also love how the on-call doc was unavailable all day long, and in the end, she had to drop everything and run down to the office anyway.....wouldn't it have been easier for her to just stop by at her convenience earlier that day? I live in a city with a very reliable courier system, so I don't believe for a minute that a prescription could not have been couriered from the doctor's private residence to the medical office for my husband to pick up....but they were not solution oriented at all. They only told me what they couldn't do and why. Terrible customer service.
